I was very pleased with all aspects of the service I received from your company, even though the product I ordered was not in stock, I was e-mailed promptly advising me of this and given a couple of other options that may be suitable. I e-mailed back that I would be happy with one of the other options and this arrived very quickly after that point. Shame not all companies are as efficient and customer facing as yours.

Dear Sir, I would just like to leave a positive feed back on your web site, good service should always be acknowledged. I searched the high street for a quality bath robe for my Wife, not a hard task, or so I thought, all were very cheap and nasty, even the big department stores. So after wasting hours, I ended up on this web site, I looked at all the choice's and placed my order, that was on Wednesday evening, by lunch time Friday it was here, that what I call service, as for the bath robe, it was as described in the site, great quality and my wife love's it I will definitely use Aston's again.

The bathrobe is very think  the embroidery is very well done but I find that the sleeve are a little on the short side.  I have had to unpick the facing and make it into a cuff to add length to it my son is 6 foot 3 tall and so needs to wear XL because of his height and there was no larger size than L/XL. Other than that he is very pleased with it

I am please to report that the four personalised robes and three personalised towels I ordered have arrived safely. The girls love them. Thank you for your help in getting a better posting price.

I was surprised at how dark a pink the robes and towels are as in the photo on your website they look a little lighter! However, I still like them. Do you think you might ever have robes in any other colours, such as yellow, light blue, aqua, beige/cream or light pink? I would certainly be interested in purchasing more robes as the girls get older, but would like a wider choice of colours.
